Core hours
We’re online and schedule meetings 10:00-16:00. Outside of that, we encourage you to to start and end your day between 07:30-19:00, allowing you to design your working day around your needs and preferences.
Thoughtful approach to sync vs. async work
To deliver our expertise we must carve out time for deep-work. How we communicate, document and spend time together is thoughtfully designed and iterated upon.
Profit share
Our profit share scheme is designed to ensure all team members to benefit from the studio’s success
Pension
10% contribution from you first day of employment. 4% from you, 5% from us, 1% from the pension provider
Annual leave
25 days per calendar year, in addition to bank holidays. This typically adds up to around 33 days in total
Studio downtime
In addition to your annual leave, we close the studio for one week in the summer and one week over Christmas in order to provide a collective break where we can all unplug together.
Emergency carers leave
5 days of paid emergency carers leave. Last minute caring responsibilities need to be prioritised and this leave is there to support you taking the time you need.
Parental leave
Enhanced parental leave for all genders and routes to becoming a parent. Because how you build your family shouldn’t limit your career.
Flexible working
We encourage you to design your day around project and team responsibilities, your needs and preferences. Our core hours are 10am–4pm, giving you flexibility at the start and end of your day.
Flexible Fridays
We try to keep Fridays meeting free and once your work is finished, you’re free to clock off.
Sick leave
Up to 10 days of paid sick leave each year, giving you time to rest and recover when you need it
