Co-op Digital used Paperfree to have organisation-wide discussions about services that solve member needs and show their trustworthiness. As a result of Paperfree, the Co-op formed the Digital Product Research team to test that core proposition. We returned to the Co-op to help form their data programme strategy.
Being trusted with data
The Co-op approached us with the question, “How can a member owned organisation be trusted with data?” In collaboration with the Co-op’s digital team, we worked in design sprints to make prototypes that tested ways the Co-op could offer members a service that handles personal data. Together we designed Paperfree, an experimental app that helps members manage physical bills.
