She uses generative and evaluative research methodologies to solve complex problems in a wide range of contexts, from in-house global product development teams to early-stage start-ups and agencies.

Peter Wells: Technology

He first spent twenty years working with multiple European telecoms operators where he worked with IT, network and product teams in many different places. He then spent five years in the policy function at the Open Data Institute where he worked in multiple sectors and geographies including healthcare, finance, energy, and transport and with many governments and regulators.
Peter has experience with product development, systems architecture and integration, software development, and digital, data, technology and AI policy. He is a member of the RSS Data Ethics and Governance Committee and provides advice to AI startups as part of the Digital Catapult’s MI Garage. Peter hopes that we can design technology that works for everyone.

Joanna Stabler: Operations

Chris Thompson: Strategy

He has a background in physics, engineering, accountancy and design, but has spent the bulk of his career working in the field of innovation either in design. Chris brings vast experience leading assignments across multiple sectors from Biotech to Consumer and Industrial Products and Services, Financial Services, Pharma and Universities.
As well as a founding partner of innovation practice Viadynamics he is also an advisor and NED to technology rich start-ups and a mentor to budding entrepreneurs.

A current MA student at Hyper Island, Laura is fascinated by the intersection of the future of work and the future of technology – particularly the role organisational culture plays to help deliver digital solutions that bring societal scale value.

James Cuddy: Design

James has designed digital products and services for over 10 years, across London and Barcelona. He has run his own studio focused on our evolving relationship with technology; delivering projects for startups to global brands. James has experience spanning the entire product lifecycle; leading design from research through to implementation.

David Marques: Design
